How to withdraw funds
At FX Live Capital, we recognize the importance of facilitating smooth withdrawals for our clients. That's why we've streamlined the process to make it as simple and straightforward as possible. Here are the steps to withdraw funds from your FX Live Capital account. If you have any questions after the explanation, we'll provide a link to a video tutorial for further clarification.
Steps to Withdraw Funds
Part 1: Transfer Funds to the Internal Wallet
If you have a balance in your trading account and wish to make a withdrawal, you first need to transfer the funds to the internal wallet. From there, you can proceed with the withdrawal request. Here’s how to do it:
Go to the "Internal Transfer" section:
Navigate to the internal transfer section on the platform.
Select the Trading Account:
Select the account that contains the funds you wish to withdraw. For example, account 2100258517 has $100 available, from which I will withdraw $50.
This balance will be sent to the platform's internal wallet, which you will find as eWallet.
Transfer funds:
Click "Transfer" to complete the process. The funds will be moved to the internal wallet, and you can then proceed with the withdrawal request from the platform.
Part 2: Requesting a Withdrawal to Your External Wallet
Before making a withdrawal request, confirm that two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on your account.

Go to the "E-Wallet" section:
From your dashboard, locate the "E-Wallet" section and select "Withdrawal."
Select the cryptocurrency:
Choose the cryptocurrency in which you wish to receive your funds.
In this case, as an example, the stablecoin USDT-ETH has been selected as the method.
It's important that before selecting "accept," you pay attention to the information in the box.
If you meet this requirement, click the "Withdraw" button.
Enter Withdrawal Details:
After selecting the cryptocurrency, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, the address of the external wallet where you want to receive the funds, and review the associated fees. The platform will display the final amount you will receive after deducting the fees.
Important Note: When you click the withdraw button, a message will appear saying, "The address you want to use is not in your address book. Do you want to save it?" This allows you to save your wallet on our platform for future withdrawals, so you won't have to search for it each time. If you make a mistake, you can always update it.
The final step is to enter the 2FA code and click the "Complete" button.

Confirmation of the request:
Our system will automatically send you an email confirming that your withdrawal request has been received. The request will be processed and approved within 24 hours on business days by the finance department, considering the server time zone GMT+0
