Guide to handling errors in withdrawal requests

If you have made a mistake when making a withdrawal request, such as entering an incorrect wallet address or a wrong amount, don't worry. Our development team has implemented an option that allows you to control your request, track it, and, if necessary, cancel it quickly and easily.

Steps to cancel a withdrawal request:

1. Access the "History" section (Financial Transaction)

Log in to your account and go to the financial transaction history section.

2. Locate the withdrawal request

Find the transaction in question and locate its current status.

3. Select the cancel icon

In the application, you will find an icon represented by the emoji (🚫). Click on this icon to start the cancellation process.

Confirm cancellation

You will be asked to confirm the cancellation. Once confirmed, the transaction will be stopped and the funds will be credited back to your internal wallet.

Important note:

This feature is available only until the transaction has been fully processed. Once the funds are sent to the indicated address, it will not be possible to cancel the request.

We recommend that you always verify the data entered before confirming any withdrawal to avoid any inconvenience.
